We’ve officially changed our name from Adventure Café to Conversations Café.

The project, mission, and goals remain the same — a community-focused café and creative space in Utica where people can gather, work, and connect. The new name just fits better with what we’re building and how we talk about it.

Everything else — the plan, the vision, the heart behind it — stays the same.

When this project first began, it was called Adventure Café — a name built around the idea of trying something new and bringing people together through coffee, creativity, and community.

As things moved forward and the business structure took shape, the name needed to change for the legal entity. So Adventure Café became Conversations Café.

The mission remains the same: to create a welcoming space in the heart of Utica where people can slow down, connect, and feel at home. A place where art, music, and good coffee come together — grounded in community and belonging.

This isn’t a rebrand or a new direction; it’s just a necessary step in making the project real.
